The Industrial Agency Fund holds funds in case the city were to assist with the establishment of another industrial park. Additional property to the south of Nephi City was purchased in 2019 in order to establish a second industrial park area. This was sold to a developer and became Jenson Refrigeration. These funds will be earmarked for additional industrial space.
