APPEARING IN COURT

 (In Person or by Video/Phone) You are required to appear for all court appearances as notified by the court. If you fail to appear when notified, a warrant MAY be issued. Please keep the court informed of your current mailing address, email address, and phone number as long as your case is active with this court. Currently, court appearances are scheduled for a video/phone appearance. If you have been scheduled for an Arraignment or Initial Appearance, follow the instructions below:

You are ORDERED to read, fill out, and return the first two (2) forms to the court before your scheduled hearing. If you are going to request a public defender, complete the third form. If you do not return the forms as requested, your case may be continued until they are received by the court. You can fill out the forms, save them with a different name, and then email them to phelishah@utcourts.gov. You can also print them out, fill them out by hand, and email or mail them back to the court.
