The Easiest Way to Pay Your Nephi City Utility Bill

Our online bill payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill. It’s fast, it’s easy, and you no longer have to write a check, find a stamp, or run a payment into the city office each month.

How It Works
Nephi City has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, for online bill payment. When you sign up for online bill payment you get a unique password that you use to access your personal account at XpressBillPay.com.

Every month Xpress Bill Pay will send you a reminder email or text to let you know when your bill is online. Then, simply log in through your Web browser and view your bill, which will look like the paper statement you’re already familiar with. Select a payment type — credit card, debit card, or EFT — enter the information, and you’re done!

It’s that easy, and it only takes you a few minutes each month.

How to Sign Up
Go to XpressBillPay.com  and register for your online account now. Click on the “GO” button below the "Start Paying Bills Now" to setup a new account. If you’ve already signed up with Xpress Bill Pay, you can log in with your email address and password.

Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid email address to create an account. Once you’ve submitted your information, you will receive a default password by email. Next, go back to XpressBillPay.com and log in using your email address and password. The “Add e-Bills” page will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen to add us to your Xpress Bill Pay account.

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to go online at any time to view and pay your bills.

Additional Payment Options
In addition to the XpressBillPay.com payment option, below are a few other payment options available to our customers.

Drop Payment Boxes
Drop boxes for utility payments are located inside City Hall, outside City Hall in the north parking lot near the Justice Court Building. Look for the white mail box. Payments must include the city bill stub and payment (NO cash) in a sealed envelope. All drop boxes are collected every weekday morning by 9:30 a.m., with the exception of holidays. Cash payments or delinquent payments should not be placed in drop boxes.
