Primary Elections

PUBLIC NOTICE:
The dates of the Primary and General Elections have changed due to Governor Cox releasing a proclamation to change the election dates for this year.  Due to the requirements of a special congressional election in US Congressional District 2, the new election dates will be Primary Election, on September 5, and General Election on November 21.
September 5, 2023, Municipal Primary Election 
Every eligible voter will receive a ballot by mail.
Voters must vote by mail.
 If a voter does not receive their ballot, they should contact County Clerk Tanielle Callaway at (435) 623-3410.
If mailing your ballot, the deadline to postmark your ballot is September 4, 2023, the day before Election Day. If a voter returns their ballot at a post office, they need to confirm that their ballot will be postmarked before Election Day.
